Any Tips On How To Get Healthy Clear Skin??

So anyways I have ridiculously dry skin on my face, & some acne. I was just wondering for any advice to clear up my skin, keep it clear & have it not dry. I prefer not to use any moisturizes since they activate my skin for some reason. And I’ve used proactive a couple times, its JUNK. Anything that helps would be great. Any kind of moisturizers that don’t active your pores??

first drink lots of water it helps illiminate toxins in your body, even the tiny ones on your face. & moisturizers don’t clog pores or cause them to become oily, my dermatologist told me this becuase i used to be terrified of moisturizer.
1-wash your face with an oil-fee cleanser ( i like spectro gel)
2-use toner on your face ( i like neutrogena)
3- use a good moisturizer( the one i use is specially ordered from the US its called ‘noevir’, but my alternative is clinique)
make this your nightly routine & your skin should get clearer
and ofcourse also note anything your skin badly reacts to, like chocolate, fatty/oily foods etc. & stay away from those

drink a lot of water & eat healthy. my gf’s a vegetarian & she’s turned me into one too & neither one of us had bad skin but it’s definitely cut down the little acne we did have.

Drinking 8 to 10 (8 oz) glasses of water daily detoxifies your body’s system.
Foods with enzymes is also good to clean up your skin.
Eating the proper foods also helps your skin problem. Think eating the colors of the rainbow. Fruits & Vegetables that are the most vibrant & bright in color are great for your skin & over-all health.
Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Kiwi fruit, Mango’s, Eggplant, red, yellow, & orange Bell Peppers, Spinach, Fish (Salmon, Tuna for example) 2 to 3 times a week, Oats (cereal)
Nuts, if you’re not allergic to them. Just a handful a few times a day.
    Raisins or Currents.
    B6 & B12 Vitamins
    Chromium
Iron (Not too much for the male gender though)
    Zinc
    Selenium
    Magnesium
    Iodine
Like the female gender though Exfoliate your skin while washing up. It loosens & removes dead skin, which in turn opens up your pores & releases the bad bacteria that creates the pimples in the first place. You’ll find that too helps.
Also try a product called “Oil-Free Acne Wash”. Neutrogena makes it. I leave the acne cleanser on my face for no longer than one minute before rinsing it off. Then I rinse using my hands to a count of 30 times. Cleaning the rest off, if necessary, using a clean wash cloth. This I personally do no less than 3 times a day.
As for a moisturizer, try something with Vitamin E, & Aloe Vera in it. Use after every wash.
Once you find products that work, don’t change them up or you might have your problems all over again. And retain your new eating habits as much as possible. Even I treat myself to a food I use to eat more often then what I do today. I just don’t eat them as often any more.

The clinique three step system includes a wash, toner & moisturizer. The wash & the toner make your face feel dry but the moisturizer works very well & is made for oily skin so it will not make your skin break-out. My point is.. :-p If you have dry skin on your face but you get acne then use the clinique moisturizer as it will moisturize without putting pore-clogging oil onto your face.
