Ugh. I Have A Few Big Zits, And My Face Is Really Dry.?
So on my nose, I have a few big zits, & they hurt really bad. And its also really dry & peeling. I also have a bunch of blackheads on my forehead, & my cheeks get really dried out too. At the moment, I am using Acne-Free, & clean & clear moisturizer. What can I do to get rid of all these problems? I wash my face in the mornings & before night, & remove all my makeup.

use a non-comedogenic face wash for the dryness, switch to a different shampoo for the black heads on you head or get rid of your bangs & for the acne use Clearasil

For the Zits
1. The first tip that I want to pass along is to stay away from food that is being fried. I don’t mean not to eat the food, but stay out of the area if there is food being fried. Grease becomes airborne when it is hot & popping & settles on everything including your skin. This will lead to clogged pores & more zits. Have you ever noticed some things in the kitchen will feel like they are covered with grease, but have not been around grease? The hot grease when being fried has settled on those objects just like they do on your skin.
2. Here is another tip. Always drink plenty of water each day. Try to drink at least 8 full glasses of water each day. Water will help clear your skin & help prevent future breakouts. You also need to eat plenty of fruits & vegetables because they are packed full of great vitamins & minerals that help fight acne.
3. A different face wash that you can try is a Cucumber mask. This will actually moisturize your face & supply a good amount of vitamins that the skin needs to battle acne & zits. To do this make a cucumber paste & apply all over your face. Let it sit for a few minutes & wash your face normally. You will start to see some improvements fairly quickly. This is also a good treatment if you have dry skin.
4. Another thing that I do is that I always try to get lots of fresh air & sun (just not too much to burn). Fresh air & sun is known to lower stress levels & provide you with a great healthy body. Just don’t get too much sun & burn your skin. When your stress is lower, so is the amount of zits & acne.
For the dry Skin
1. Use a moisturizer.
A good moisturizer can help you to maintain moisture in your dry skin. Every time you feel your skin starting to feel dry, you should quickly apply a generous layer of moisturizer to make them wet again.
2. Eat more fruits & vegetables
These contains a lot of vitamins & minerals which are helpful for your skin. Try to consume at least 3 servings per day.
3. Baths
Hot showers always clear away the nutrients from our skin. That is very damaging to people with dry skin especially. Engage in shorter baths & use lukewarm water instead.
4. Dry skin products
There are many self medicated dry skin products that can help you to ease the sufferings from dry skin. However, not all as effective as what its advertisement claims. Amongst all the dry skin products that we have researched, Zemned, Autopalm & Skin E Dip are the three most popular products that can help you to repair your dry skin.
All these things work i do them to keep my face clear as possible. Now i know that its a lot but it helps trust me
