Is Lotion Or Any Kind Of Moisturizer Good When You’re Trying To Get Rid Of Acne?
i heard lotion clogs pores. & thats bad for some reason..
and i also heard that drying out your acne is good..
but i also heard that when your skin dries out, your body moisturizes your skin with its own oils but the oils have toxins in it so its bad…
so is it good or bad?

Honestly my new found thing is pure vitamin E. Before I started using that i would breakout from any kind of lotion I used especially those that had SPFs in them.

no matter how oily your skin is or how bad your acne is, you must ALWAYS moisturize, its better than not doing it, trust me. The only thing is that you should get lotion that has no fragrances or oils & at least an spf of 15.
God bless<3

It is very important to continue to moisturize even when trying to get rid of acne. If you do not moisturize your skin, it will compensate by making more oil which will of course result in acne. I recommend using a moisturizer made for acne prone skin. A successful system to use is the Acne Free Severe Acne treatment.

hello,
um, well i think it probably better to use a moisturiser than not, because your face would go really dry & than oily & that’s not good..
you can get some that are really oily which probably are not so good if you have acne try getting a oil free moisturiser i use
neutrogena- oil-feel moisture with SPF 15 (facial moisturiser) i find it good & i get the odd pimple but its not from the moisturiser its not an oily one because it is oil free!..
hope i helped!

Look for a lotion that is hypoallergenic, that means it won’t clog your pores. I use a great lotion that is hypallergenic AND it’s all natural. It combines the healing power of Emu Oil with key natural botanicals to reduce inflammation. Emu oil quickly penetrates the skin to deliver the natural ingredients directly to the source of discomfort, while helping to nourish the skin & reduce inflammation. It is non greasy & odor free.
Emu oil is a clinically proven natural ingredient with the ability to reduce swelling, redness, warmth, & pain due to an injury or condition such as arthritis. All natural Emu oil quickly penetrates the skin without clogging pores & provides essential fatty acids that are used by the body to reduce inflammation symptoms.
I know somebody who has used this to clear up acne & it’s made a HUGE difference.
It’s called Emu-Eeze, you can find it at http://www.yourvitalnutrition.com

Moisturizing is not bad for your acne & you should keep your skin moisturized. Remember to use toner on your face before you moisturize to close & refine your pores, this will keep the moisturizer from clogging your pores as well.
remember to always cleanse, tone, & moisturize your face twice a day.
this should keep you skin clear:)

Emu oil was found to have anti-inflammatory properties and may also accelerate wound healing and skin thickening.
