I really love Neutrogena’s oil free moisture with SPF 15. I’m 22, but I’ve used it since I was 15. I used to have fairly oily skin, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve had problems with dry skin, especially in the winter. This stuff is a good morning moisturizer, it’s non-comedogenic (doesn’t clog pores or cause acne), non-greasy & has sunscreen (which is a MUST no matter what kind you go with) & is unscented, so it doesn’t irritate skin. For nighttime, Cetaphil’s lotion is really good. It’s non-comedogenic as well, & moisturizes very well year-round.
But whatever you choose, make sure 1.) it’s non-comedogenic, & 2.) it has a sunscreen with at least SPF 15 if it’s for morning/daytime use.

Lush’s Vanishing Cream is one of my skin staples.
It absorbs, & is amazing at banishing acne as well as moisturizing.
