If I Wear Foundation Should I Use Moisturiser?
I asked my sister because shes a make up artist but she wasn’t much help shes too busy.
as you can see i don’t know much about make up lol
and also whats a good brand that wont clog up my pores & that looks good & is long lasting

yeah deffo it can dry out your skin & if you put moisturiser on & let it sink in before you put foundation on then it makes it more even x

yes! yes! & yes! always moisturize, loreal foundation sticks are really good. there not heavy & gives coverage, then set w/ loose powder.

Yes, it’ll stop your skin drying out. You should always mix your foundation with moisturiser so it goes on more naturally & evenly.
Oil of olay has a tinted moisturiser which is great.

Always use moisturiser as a barrier on your skin before applying make up. Not only does it give it a smoother finish, it will help prevent your pores getting clogged with make up

Laura mercier makes great foundations her foundations are the only one I know that doesn’t make be break out or its doesn’t clog my pores Check out the site you will not be disappointed.

I use an OLAY one & it has lots of moisturizer with SOME foundation in it. It works so much!
Its a brilliant moisturizer so if you are using one like that you dont need to moisturize but if you are using one without moisturizer you defo need to moisturize or your skin will become dry & flaky.

Well apart from the fact that you should moisturize everyday anyway!
Yes, before you use foundation it is better if you apply a little moisturizer beforehand, as foundation sticks to moisturized skin better.
As for which foundation,, go to the shops & try a few different foundations, every girl has a different skin type & uses different foundation… try asking your friends which ones they use & try those

Yes, you should wash your face with a good facewash, not just soap & water then moisturise thoroughly on the face & neck. You could go for an expensive moisturiser by Clinique. They do fantastic ranges of moisturisers. I use their anti-blemish solutions pack. Cheap ones are just as good, just make sure they are as natural as possible. I think your best option is to go to your nearest Clinique stand or any other nice brand & tell them about your skin type. They will give you the best one according to what you tell them. Like if you have oily or dry skin.

Yes Moisturise first.
After getting out of bed wash or shower then apply moisturiser, by the time you are dressed & had breakfast you can apply your make up.
Don’t use to much moisturiser, you will find your foundation will blend easier & you will use less too
