i use vichy they do lot of different ones including one for dehydrated skin. they are only available in small chemists tho, im sure they have a website where u can check out stockists, they are very good & although quite pricey cheaper than olay regenerist & things like that.
Im a pro at this stuff b/c my moms friend is a facialist. If you want something to take out the oils in your skin go to a local health store & by some indian healing clay (it dry so when applying on face add water first). Tip: you want to use any other facial things that has few ingredients (any big words you dont know what it means…..dont get it!). my moms Friend always says you want to buy stuff thats like food for your faces(only healthy natural things).
Good Luck!!!
Organic Coconut oil is a great moisturizer! It makes your skin feel very soft & subtle.. as well as hydrated. I use it as an all over body moisturizer. The best thing, it is all pure & natural with no chemicals that might damage your skin. It comes in a solid form & has no smell so its great. I highly recommend it.
its designed for the whole, body but i must say BIO OIL is amazing in four days i was gorgeously smooth & i have very dry skin.
bit expensive, but worth it. Works all over the body including face/sensitive areas.
Nivea….but not the old fashioned thick stuff in the blue tin!! Look for Nivea ‘So soft’…..its really light, non-greasy, & is absorbed really fast, but it really does leave your skin feeling really soft! it doesn’t cost a fortune eirther!!
Try the brand simple, their rich moisturiser is great! I tried it once & use it all the time now now! Drink plenty of water & if you can, resist the urge to put moisturiser on at night before bed..unless its properly deigned for night. The skin needs a break & you renew your skin best at that time. I don’t use any before bed..and my skins pretty great! On the plus side the simple brand isnt expensive so you’ll get more for your money !
The first answerer is right. DHC is the best skin care around. It saved my face & I look years younger thanks to the olive oil based products.
I also agree with the advice to drink lots of water. It is easy to tell as you age whether you drink enough or not.
I live in Spain & my skin is very dry. To combat this I use Liz Earle moisturiser & eye cream. I like them because they are made of all natural ingredients. They are not cheap, but you use very little so it lasts a long time.
