Im not too sure bout diff brands n wats best but i do know Palmers Even Tone range has whitening & fading products.. im chinese & very pale… but i wanna let u in this trick , which is use a pink tone foundation face primer. it brightens & cancels out our yellow tone. it really works! if u find an illuminating one, thats even better as it gives u a nice glow.
you need diana stalder products but not the generic one… you need the branded diana stalder because that one is more effective & very safe to use with no added dangerous chemicals like hydroquinone.. You can read about the products here & their clients are mostly celebrity & dr vicki belo…http://philippineskincare.com/
Dior snow is a very good whitener. It depends on your skin type but any that has a good level of hydroquinone in it will work fine in any over the counter whitener. If you want a stronger whitener with higher levels of hydroquinone you will have to get it from a dermatologist just be careful & follow the recommendations in using it. Also if you don’t like the idea of using chemicals on you’re face Peter Thomas Roth makes a few different lighteners that have natural ingredients.
