i would say cleanser because there are many good moisturizers in drug stores that are really good. but there isn’t a reason to buy a really expensive cleanser because some cleansers are really good & they are low priced.
i honestly wouldn’t spend a ton on either one, but it really depends on what works best for you. if i had to choose, i would think that a moisturizer would be more important. i use neutrogena rapid clear pads & the invigorating cleanser, & one of the facial moisturizers from bath & body works.

cleanser def. buy the moisturizer if ur skins dry though.

No matter what moisturizer you use, you’ll have to remove it each nite – therefore the best thing to do is to spend more for the best cleanser.
