Moisturizer Answers

My skin is very dry & red & I have eczema on my arms & bleed very easily. I was wondering if anyone has some suggestions that I could try to moisturize my face & body besides just a lotion. Or if anyone knows of a gentle exfoliator. I’m on this very strong acne medication (Accutane). I’ve tried Vitamin E oil & it hasn’t seemed to help… so if you have any suggestions, please help

Is cod liver oil a good combat agianst this, or are there any other natural non-fuss remedies out there? It’s that time of year in Australia – Autumn, dry & windy, & my skin is suffering!
