I know if you over wash you can dry your skin out, leading to more pimples, but does it still apply if you’re putting on moisturizer after wards? I use the Clean & Clear package. Thanks!

I was thinking of buying one of the clean & clear astringents but I want to know which one works best? Will it help or worsen my oily skin? Should I buy a moisturizer that has shine controll too?

Tea tree line is awesome! I’m using the face mask, the body wash, the exfoliator, & the oil when I’m breaking out! If you can stand the weird scent, go for it!
You can also try the Seaweed line! It’s really effective & less drying.

I am 40 & have clear unblemished skin (talking about my face).
Every day I have to contend with an oily “shine” on my forehead, nose & chin that I have to continuously matte with a light powder makeup. All my friends insist that I am wrong to not use any kind of moisturizer on my face, they insist that I need to use one, at least, twice daily. I do not have any problems with any dry skin at all & I don’t have any wrinkles or crows feet anywhere on my face. I feel like my naturally oily skin type provides enough “moisture”, why do I need a moisturizer? It seems to me that it would “weight down” my oily skin issue even worse than it already is. What are the consequences if I don’t use a moisturizer?
I am 40 & I thought I had it all figured out already!

At the moment i’m using just an ordinary moisturiser but its making my skin really greasey & then i get spots.
Or do you know any home remedies that help & make a big difference.

it gets really hot here , i live in Africa at the moment , do i have to wear moisturizer & if i should is clean & clear soft day moisturizer good.

In the morning, I wash my face with soap, & use a Clean&Clear acne cleanser but I also have 2 St. Ive’s apricot scrubs: one is Acne Free Blemish & Blackhead control & the other is a Apricot Invigorating scrub. Am I allowed to use one of those after the Clean&Clean scrub or not & if so, which one. also have ProActiv for my acne which I use at night. my problem is that I have 2 many products & not sure which ones to use & when. I hear that your supposed to use cleansers & follow by moisturizers or something. I’m just confused. After I use the clean&clear acne cleanser, I just put my makeup on, come back from school 7 hours later & my face is EXTREMLEY OILY &ICKY!! So I wash my face with a Clinque Wash-away gel cleanser to remove my makeup & usually, I’ll use one of my apricot scrubs following my ProActiv if I’m going to be home all day. If not, then I use my ProActive at night. I need help to when & when not to use my products. Which cleansers & mositerizers?

hey ive got tineaversicolour & the only moisturiser i used was clitrimozole cream which really isnt a moisturiser but did the same thing. my course of that medication has finished & know i wash with selsun shampoo as that is effective aswell when used once a week, i have very dry skin where i have tineaversicolour & was wondering what would be best to use on ma skin. i refuse to use e45 as it leaves my skin greasy anything else would be appreciated..x

my doc oso gave me pimple cream, do i apply after the moisturiser or skip it? thanks!

i wear only moisturizer & eyeliner, & i wash my face before i go to sleep. but is it neccessary to remove eyeliner? how do i do it if i need to?

It’s not your moisturizer you need to be worrying about, I’d get some exfoliating face wash on that nose pronto.

The product I use for my skin is fairly expensive but definitely works well. I noticed a good improvement when I started using it – so that isn’t the problem. Over the last month of so my skin has a lot of whiteheads, blackheads & just looking unclear. Whitehead/Blackhead exfoliating creams & cleansers don’t work & also are drying, so I will not use those.
I drink plenty of water & get a bit of exercise into my day.
What am I missing?

Ones that build up a gradual tan naturally – which one is your fave?

if i can use so with want of those product of clean & clear is the best.

what do you consider to be the best foundation & moisturiser you have ever used? e.g maybelline dream matte mousse & sanctuary rich rejuvenating moisturiser.
and can you tell me how it worked on your skin.
