What Helps Dry Skin In The Winter?
I use Biore products to keep my skin clear & smooth, (including moisturizer) but lately my moisturizer hasn’t been enough to keep my skin hydrated. Usually, it works wonders & acts perfectly for my skin, but lately my skin has been flaky & Ive had to apply the moisturizer twice, & maybe 3 times. I know that you should apply it when your skin is damp, I do that, & i DO drink 8 glasses of water a day (at least). I use my skin care products (Biore face wash, ice cleanser, & exfoliant) every morning & every evening.
Any suggestions?

My husband uses Clinique for Men – Daily Eye Hydrator.
It doesn’t remove dark circles completely, but it has ingredients that reflect light differently to help minimize the appearance of the dark circles.
The main cause of dark circles under the eyes is nasal congestion (veins that usually drain from your eyes into your nose become dilated & darker when your nose is congested).
Another cause of dark circles is fluid buildup in your lower eyelids while you are sleeping, which can cause shadows.
