hey gls help me yar i dont know much about skin daily care.so tell me yar what should i do after clearing my face with face wash.

I am just getting interested in wearing makeup. What basic makeup should I wear? I have light skin, some acne, & I “cry” when I laugh so I can’t wear eyemakeup that runs. I was thinking tinted moisturizer, clear mascara, eyeshadow, lipgloss, blush or bronzer, no eyeliner. And I wouldn’t wear everything or wear it everyday. Any tips or info?

are these good products?? which ones should i use daily

every time i use a moisturiser, i get loads of spots!
what should i do?

well.. i use to use cetaphil & an aveeno lotion after, but that doesn’t seem to work
so i got the clearasil stay clear deep pore cleansing pads & the daily face wash..
since im using the pads when do i use a moisturizer?
before i use the pads or after?

After. If you did it before you’d just wash everything away.
Moisturize after to lock in moisture.

I asked my sister because shes a make up artist but she wasn’t much help shes too busy.
as you can see i don’t know much about make up lol
and also whats a good brand that wont clog up my pores & that looks good & is long lasting

I used a clean & clear moisturizer last night & then when I woke up today, the bottom half of my face has rashes & itches. I washed my face but the rash is still there. I guess that moisturizer is not for me. What should I do? Are there any home remedies? Because I can’t go to the doctor, I don’t have insurance.

Probably not immediately before. If the hair is too moist the wax doesn’t adhere as well. The area shouldn’t be too dry or flaky because the wax can tear away skin.

I have a normal skin.

4 both winter n summer? at min am using nivea soft cream, so should i stay wiv cream al year round or what?

i have oily skin & its hard to keep up with. its oily & mostly clear in the summer as long as i go easy on the make up, but in the winter it dries up on the sensitive skin just below my eyes on each side of my nose. it makes my make up flaky looking & its plain uncomfortable

I heard that using body lotions such as Vaseline or Nivea on your face can clog your pores & sometimes cause pimples & that moisturizer is what you’re supposed to use on your face? I wanted to know if anyone can confirm that this is true. Thanks!

Ok im trying to get clear skin so im taking multivitamins, showers every day, moisturizing with salcydic acid moisturizer, applying benzoyl peroxide cream to problem spots, i got wipe pads & biore strips for blackheads, mederma on post-acne spots……two questions: how much water should i drink? i drink out of a 591mL water bottle ALSO is there anything else i should do for clear skin??

I’m thinking of buying the tea tree oil line from the Body Shop, but I’m not sure what products to purchase. There is a gel cleanser & a foam cleanser, which is better? Should I get the toner, the scrub, moisturizer, the night lotion? Which products are most important to include in a skin clearing regimen? Help, please?

I don’t know which one I should use & i can;t decide. I have normal skin it’s not dry or oily. Also i hardly ever get acne but when i do I want it gone fast. I also don’t use a daily skin routine, but thats what I am going to start doing. Right now I am planning to buy clean & lear deep a creme cleanser, & dual action moisturizer. I want to know if there is a safe moisturizer for your face that wont do more damage & is natural? I have read that vaseline works great but I heard people say they would never use a waste product on their face, it could potenially cause problems.
Any 100% safe & natural moisturizers out there?
Please let me know.. All suggestions welcome!

I heard you should put moisturizer before u apply your foundation, to prepare your face for the day. Ive been to the store & found clean & clear moisturizer but it has salicylic acid.. & i don’t think that’s good for your skin specially if your gonna be wearing it everyday..
whats a good moisturizer you can find in a drugstore?

At night after I wash my face I use Clinique’s dramatically different moisturizer because my cleanser is quite harsh because I have acne prone skin (don’t really have acne anymore It really soothes my skin & all but it’s too oily for me to put under my makeup because is too much moisture ! I’m actually trying neutrogena’s visibly clear moisturizer at the moment & I love it because it makes my skin so flawless before i apply my makeup but I think it’s making me break out ! Any recommendations for a good moisturizer to put before makeup & that will not break out my acne prone skin ?
