It depends on which area of the body you want to apply it to. Vaseline is good at night, but it can get on your clothes & stain with oil stains. Nivea is very good, also Eucerine Cream is a good moisturizer that doesnt leave the marks on your clothes. Vaseline can cause your pores to clog if used on the face, causing breakouts. For the face, Mary Kay has a really good moisturizer that you can get according to how dry your skiin is, & depending upon whether you have combination dry & oily skin on your face. Vaseline is great for night use on the feet, knees, elbows.

I am a guy & dont really like crams & lotions & was wondering if i can use 100% pur vaseline for my face after taking a shower & will it plog my pores ?

I bought this stuff Vaseleine healthy body glow) thinking it was regular hand moisturizer & used it on my hands a few times & now I have a discoloartion almost looked like I went tanning on my hands & joints (where I would have rubbed the lotion) can this happen? & is it normal? Cause Im bugging myself out over here thinking its some stranger disease? Please any answers would be appreciated greatly.

i recently started wearing mascara & i havent found a really good way to remove it yet
a lot of people were saying to use vaseline
i tried it & i thought it was pretty good
but is it good for your eyelashes?
doesnt it clog pores?
i dont want to spend money on more makeup remover
so if anyone also has really good ways to remove mascara (besides moisturizer. ive already tried it) please tell me!

I had heard about the benefits of Vaseline as a moisturizer for the skin. I tried this by putting it on my face to make my skin softer, but now i find that it is quite difficult to remove it from my face. Even after washing my face twice with my normal daily cleanser, there is still an oily feel & slight sheen remaining. How can i remove this ? I know something like dishwashing fluid that removes grease might be effective, but i really don’t want to put that on my face. Not to mention, that would lose the purpose of putting on the Vaseline in the first place, as that might damage my skin or make it dry again…
help please! ^ ^;;
