Moisturizer Answers

my skin drys out easily & i need a moisturiser that comes in bulk.
i am on roaccutane. will applying this moisturiser have a negative affect on my acne

I just started using Clean & Clears Acne Cleanser & Moisturizer yesterday night. I have regular skin it’s not oily & not dry, & I have very mild acne on my nose,forehead, & the upper sides of my face. I wash & moisturize in the morning & night.
About how long do you think it will take for my face to clear up. I just want an educated guess kind of.
But I just want it to clear up before school starts on September 9th.
Oh & any tips on how to get & keep clear skin would be much appreciated. :]
And I’m 13 1/2 in case that may help at all.

oLAY moisturizer are amazing very hydrating & non greasy.

I need something moisturizing that will also prevent aging & wrinkes while not clogging pores.

My skin is either too oily or way too dry
and its possible that its because of proactiv or the cold whether
But i wanted to know what sort of moisturizer will hydrate my skin from being as dry as this proactiv has made it,
without making it oily & such.
Anyone have any at home remedies that work?
Like Ive heard of baby oil working, but i’m sort of iffy to try.

I got burned moderatley 4 days ago, & a small sun blister formed. I did not pop it, & it deflated the next day & formed a scab. Ive been putting moisturizer & aloe on reguraly. Today I was using an oil free scrub to remove the dead skin & the scab started to peel. I hen gently rubbed it off to reveal the new skin. I was wondering if that was a bad idea & how long will the redness from this sunburn alst since its been 4-5 days already. I also have been putting vitamin e ointment & neosporing on the blister & now the new skin.

when i steam my face i use neutragena facial wash afterwards & then i put clean & clear morning glow moisturizer on my face. i steam my face for about 5 minutes. should i be steaming my pores for a longer amount of time?

I don’t think it’s the face wash I am using, but even if it is, I really don’t wanna stop using it, it’s helped my acne so much! But what moisturizer do you use that is really good?

I use the tea tree oil cleanser from the body shop
and an aloe toner from the body shop
and the tea tree oil moisturizer
It hasn’t caused me to break out anymore
but when does any routine start to work?

i have been using eucerin face moisturizer for awhile now & i noticed that it makes my face, especially my nose & chin, very oily & that causes me to break out. so, i want to try another moisturizer that does not make my face oily or contain any type of oil. & has atleast SPF 30 & will be able to moisturize my face the whole day & is dermatologically recommended. any suggestions?

YES! greasy skin=spots

I have a lot of acne marks from the acne I have. They haven’t turned into scars (yet…). I’m hoping to get rid of them as soon as possible. I’ve dealt with acne since 6th grade. I really need a product that will not dry my skin out & will maintain clear skin while helping rid of my acne marks.
PLEASE HELP! i’ve tried almost every product, medication & i’ve been going to the dermatologist – nothing seems to work.

I use Vanicream, which has no perfumes, no dyes, no lanolin, & no fermadehyde. My dermatologist gave me one tube, but I bought more at the drugstore (Walgreens or Rite Aide carry this).

I use Neutrogena Deep Clean
and it clears up my face really well
but My skin gets so dry that it peels & looks nasty
will Grape Seed Oil or Olive Oil work as a moisturizer
Ive heard amazing things about them both
which one is better

im not taking pills or anything like that, just need a moisturizer thats under $10. im thinking bout palmers with cocoa butter.. ive heard great results from that ^_^
do u know if my acne scars on my legs & arms will fade/reduce the size if i use St Ives Vitamin E body wash? ive heard vitamin e is good too

Ok, urea is urine. It is found in mammalian & amphibian urine as well as in some fish.
Now that you know that you’re spreading urine on your body, will you continue to use makeup & moisturizer products with urea in it?

It’s too bad you are thin & fabulous, ’cause I’ve noticed that fat people never get wrinkles. Maybe start an eating spree? See you in McDonalds!

I want to use my Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture moisturiser-For Sensitive Skin (the one in a white bottle) which is water-based as a primer.
Will it do the same job as a primer & prevent the chemicals of the makeup seeping into my pores?

well, you want moisturizer so your skin doesnt get too dry & then try to compensate with more oil which then means acne.
look into a lotion for acne or sensitive skin. it will work for both problems.
what is your price range?
proactive as a great lotion you can get for cheap on ebay

I know how you feel, they suck!
I dont know about that stuff, but I know cocoa butter, aloe vera, bio-oil, mederma & other stuff works
If its really bad then go to a dermatologist!
