Moisturizer Answers

I use the tea tree oil cleanser from the body shop
and an aloe toner from the body shop
and the tea tree oil moisturizer
It hasn’t caused me to break out anymore
but when does any routine start to work?

i have been using eucerin face moisturizer for awhile now & i noticed that it makes my face, especially my nose & chin, very oily & that causes me to break out. so, i want to try another moisturizer that does not make my face oily or contain any type of oil. & has atleast SPF 30 & will be able to moisturize my face the whole day & is dermatologically recommended. any suggestions?

YES! greasy skin=spots

I have a lot of acne marks from the acne I have. They haven’t turned into scars (yet…). I’m hoping to get rid of them as soon as possible. I’ve dealt with acne since 6th grade. I really need a product that will not dry my skin out & will maintain clear skin while helping rid of my acne marks.
PLEASE HELP! i’ve tried almost every product, medication & i’ve been going to the dermatologist – nothing seems to work.

I use Vanicream, which has no perfumes, no dyes, no lanolin, & no fermadehyde. My dermatologist gave me one tube, but I bought more at the drugstore (Walgreens or Rite Aide carry this).

I use Neutrogena Deep Clean
and it clears up my face really well
but My skin gets so dry that it peels & looks nasty
will Grape Seed Oil or Olive Oil work as a moisturizer
Ive heard amazing things about them both
which one is better

im not taking pills or anything like that, just need a moisturizer thats under $10. im thinking bout palmers with cocoa butter.. ive heard great results from that ^_^
do u know if my acne scars on my legs & arms will fade/reduce the size if i use St Ives Vitamin E body wash? ive heard vitamin e is good too

Ok, urea is urine. It is found in mammalian & amphibian urine as well as in some fish.
Now that you know that you’re spreading urine on your body, will you continue to use makeup & moisturizer products with urea in it?

It’s too bad you are thin & fabulous, ’cause I’ve noticed that fat people never get wrinkles. Maybe start an eating spree? See you in McDonalds!

I want to use my Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture moisturiser-For Sensitive Skin (the one in a white bottle) which is water-based as a primer.
Will it do the same job as a primer & prevent the chemicals of the makeup seeping into my pores?

well, you want moisturizer so your skin doesnt get too dry & then try to compensate with more oil which then means acne.
look into a lotion for acne or sensitive skin. it will work for both problems.
what is your price range?
proactive as a great lotion you can get for cheap on ebay

I know how you feel, they suck!
I dont know about that stuff, but I know cocoa butter, aloe vera, bio-oil, mederma & other stuff works
If its really bad then go to a dermatologist!
You could also try zenmed

I would put on the bio oil, let it dry & then put on the gradual moisturiser. Should be fine as long as you only apply either one to dry skin.

have a couple of spots on my face from when i use to have acne years ago & would like to clear them up but I have to put a moisturizer on my face every night also..so I was wondering if there is something out there that will do both jobs at the same time? that i can get at a store today.

It is not just price that is of interest to me but also availability. I need the lower factor cream but there is none to be found nearby.

Will that clog my pores? I heard that its bad to do it because cleanserw will clog pours if they aren’t removed well enough but I also heard its a good moisturizer?

I got my first tattoo last night & Ive read alot about keeping it moisurised, is this really nessecary? Will ‘Simple – Light Moisturiser’ be ok to use? It has no scents or colours. Thanks all x

Hello everyone! I visted my dermatoligist a couple of weeks ago, & she recomended some treatments for my mild to moderate acne as well as bringing facial wipes(not blotting papers) to school for when I get oily to remove dirt & such. But since I have acne I’d like to cover it up, or at least make it less noticable. If I wear foundation or powder wouldn’t that come off if i used the wipes? So I was thinking about using a Tinted Moisturizer, would that come off as well?
*I am not asking for any treatments for my acne, so DON’T recommend anything to help improve it! My derm already suggested me things! -_-
