I need to find a good moisturizer to use. Not too expensive but its got to do the job.

Whats the best brand for a gentle face wash, & moisturizer?
She doesnt have skin problems, she just wants to start “taking care of her skin”.
She will be 12 soon.

tell me about the products available in kuwait. i am using ponds deep whitening facial foam & lo real white perfect day cream. the result of both products is very good but its making my skin dry. i have dry skin by the way. i want to know about hydrating moisturiser because i want this fairness too.and also the products should be available in kuwait.

I have combination/dry skin, breakout sometimes, & recently noticed a line on my forehead. I would like to start a routine but I need help with a good moisturizer day/night, face wash, & toner, mask, & scrub. I have tried many drugstore products (olay, neutrogena) but did not react well with my skin. Please help.
